Once the driver is collected your order he will head directly to the delivery point. Your order will be delivered in a timely manner according to the conditions on the road without delays on our part. We never share loads so the vehicle you have chosen will be only your items.

Our prices are formulated by the type of vehicle you have chosen and per loaded mile (collection point to the delivery point), and we have a minimum charge. If you still have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Once we receive your order, our team will allocate the delivery to one of our professional drivers. The arrival of the drivers is usually up to one hour. However, it depends on the collection location. If you want your collection to be explicitly scheduled, mention that in your booking.

You can live-track your booking by using your login. Furthermore, you will receive email confirmations after each step of completion for which you choose to receive.
